    Dark chocolate with candied orange peel

    The king of our range. The whole world agrees: the taste of cocoa is simply unique. It has a delicious and seductive aroma that has fascinated mankind for thousands of years. The natives of South America already knew and used the secrets of the cocoa bean more than three thousand years ago. The relatively high cocoa content in El Rey is responsible for the pure, intense and slightly bitter taste on the palate; candied Valencian orange peel rounds off the taste. This is verily food of the gods for human.

  • San Zaccaria

    In early 1985 there was a small gelateria next to the San Zaccaria Church in Venice; In his youth, we where often in Venice. Every time we had to go to this little gelateria with and enjoy the mascarpone gelato with candied lemon peel, it was simply delicious, the creamy vanilla combined with the lemon flavor…. Simply unforgettable. With this variety, like some of our other gelati, a lot of nostalgia and memories.

    Belgian cookies

    The basis for this gelato is the Belgian Lotus biscuit. This golden-colored pastry has a spicy caramel flavor. Special wooden molds are used to make the biscuits to make them unique. Traditionally, Lotus biscuits are baked on December 6th in honor of Saint Nicholas, who is considered Father Christmas in Belgium. But we want to enjoy this spicy, great taste in the summer too, in the form of our Spectacolos Gelato.

  • Tarocco & Moro

    (vegan) Sicilian blood orange

    The “Arancia Rossa di Sicilia” is found across large areas of Sicily. The Tarocco fruit, also known as half-blood because of its light flesh, has a thin, orange skin and a slight red tint. It is one of the most popular oranges in the world due to its sweetness and juiciness. It also has a very high vitamin C content. Moro, on the other hand, is a type of blood orange that has a deep red flesh and a bright red peel. The taste is stronger and the aroma more intense than that of a normal orange. This fruit has a distinctive, sweet taste that is reminiscent of raspberries. A fabulous combination!

    We are very proud of our vegan chocolate sorbet. After numerous production attempts, we finally managed to get the texture just the way we wanted it. Creamy and intensely chocolatey, this taste surprises everyone who eats it for the first time and finds out that it is actually a sorbet. But The Prince is of course not just the result of the almost perfect production process. As with all our chocolate tastes, we use unique Valrhona chocolate. Valrhona declared Madagascan cocoa to be a fine cocoa and this is exactly what we use for The Prince

    Tiramisu literally means Chear me up…. This dessert is well known in all corners of the world. At invitations with friends, you quickly conjure up a homemade tiramisu, take it with you as a souvenir and think you are making the best tiramisu in the world. For our research on “best tiramisu”, we drove to Treviso, where the tiramisu is said to come from, and then developed the recipe for his tiramisu gelato.
